“Nice easy walk around the lake (takes about 20mins) which can be made longer by by going off around the forest and following the river. Went in March so was all a bit brown but can imagine it’s lovely in Summer.”

“The experience from start to finish in broadside was amazing I would recommend it to anyone. The flats are gorgeous with lovely furniture throughout and furnishings in the building. The flats were always quiet even on weekends, you could never hear through the walls. Steven was great showing us round and always there for a chat when you bump into him. Jess was also amazing with managing the property and happy to help if needed. The staff throughout the site and concierge Monika was always super friendly and again would help with anything if needed. It was an amazing place to live and will be missed!”

“I'd never been to a sauna until today but I definitely picked the right one. Spotlessly clean and all the staff were friendly and helpful. I was nervous and I was given I guided tour of the facilities by a really helpful, chatty guy that put me at my ease. All the facilities advertised on the website were there and the terrace a perfect little sun-trap. Great music too and at just the right level. I had an amazing time. And I will be going back soon!”

“Visited the Norah Store for the first time the other day. Excellent selection of gorgeous clothes. Loved the different styles of dresses, from casual to more formal. The stuff is beautiful, well priced and high end. I found the staff very friendly and helpful, but not pushy. I could have stayed in there all day! Stockport is definitely on the up and up. It's exciting to see these independent shops popping up on Little Underbank, instead of the usual high street chains. Stockport is finally worth visiting again. Loved it! :0)”
