“Love myself a Morrison's breakfast. Now that they have a self ordering till it has really impressed me not only can you see your order but u no longer have to wait in a mile long queue waiting for people to choose if they want extra egg or not. Exceptional customer services, real empathy towards my little boy who has autism, understood where i was coming from, accomodated us with upmost respect very pleasant and cheerful to speak with (service with an absolute SMILE!!) and a real aabsolute Starbucks, just what you need thr right kinda staff for the job! (David even came over to us to ask how our drinks were and if there was anything else he could!!) Amazing! Couldn'thave done enough for us made us feel really comfortable and at ease....He deserves an absolute payrise and 5 Stars for his Exceptional customer services! Great comms and fab understanding and listening skills, nice and chatty made our new year ! “Just been whilst out shopping. Had their full English breakfast which was superb. Nice place n staff. However we hated their bell that chimes DEAD LOUD whenever anyone opens the door lol . Please fix that. Fantastic cafe!!!”

Got served by the lady manager. A beautiful host and credit to the company. A very good location, overlooking The Lowry Theatre. Far better then Costa downstairs.”

“Sarah the duty manager... exceptional! This lady knows how to manage efficiently and effectively! Her customer service skills are on point and she knows how to treat people respectfully and with compassion. My experience with her was fantastic and I can't praise her enough. We had a minor issue with a staff member refusing disability access to my aunt but Lucy was quick to intervene and resolve the incident with kindness and empathy. I have worked in hostility for 18 years and I am confident to say this lady knows how to manage with dignity and respect. Massive well done for you and everything you do”

“A great little find. Don’t let the grand exterior intimidate you. Inside you find a beautifully designed cosy bar. The atmosphere was so warm and welcoming that after originally only stopping by for a drink we decided to opt for the small plates deal. It did not disappoint! The pork ribs especially were amazing they literally fell off the bone. Thank you to all the team, especially Ben for looking after us so well!”
