"We have been using MQ for years, suddenly getting the impression loyalty does not count. A couple of times now been set the wrong item or items left off the order. Spent a lot of money last night as we had family over and was told it would be 45 minutes ish over an hour later still waiting rang and informed it would be at least another 30 minutes. When it finally arrived items missing, got a 10 inch garlic bread instead of a 12 inch pizza we ordered but still paid full price. drinks missing off childrens orders. Got a bottle of Fanta as an apology for lateness. When I complained was asked by the manager what can we do about it? They came back with drinks which I had paid for and cold 10 inch garlic bread as compensation. Won’t be using again after spending nearly £60 with them (getting to complacent) wouldn’t ,not mind always tip the drivers as well. (Just remember it’s your regulars that keep you going, don’t forget about them)."

"Spent £24 on a takeaway that took an hour and 15 min for to be told the driver couldn’t find our address. Driver called and couldn’t speak English. When we rang the shop the person on the phone advised that “it’s different cos your flat is hard to find and the driver is bad at English” I said I hope the foods not cold when it gets here. It may as well of been put in the fridge, and the kebab absolutely stunk. Peri chicken came plain!! And dryer than ghandis flip flop, To top it off the driver took a pound tip before we could realise Never again"
