“I have just completed a course of IPL for the treatment of rosacea and broken vessels on my face. From start to finish the experience has been exemplary. Irina is careful and considered in her approach, honest and direct about possible outcomes, results and aftercare, and upfront about costs and number of sessions. Each appointment has been swift and punctual, Irina is kind and I always felt safe in her hands. The fact that she is a trained and very experienced nurse prescriber is probably what made me choose her above others, and why I had so much confidence in her. It shows and makes a huge difference. She knows her stuff! My face is less red, less hot and irritated, and as rosacea cannot be cured this is expected to return slowly and need regular maintenance sessions. Don’t expect it to be once-and-done. However, I’m most pleased at how the vessels are much less visible, about an 80-85% improvement I think. I don’t like wearing make up, so this has been a fantastic result for me. I look less ‘ruddy’ and more fresh faced. It’s a nice change to have rosacea and like what you see when you look in the mirror! Many thanks Irina, see you again soon x”

“I've had 3/6 of my laser hair removal on my legs & I couldn't be happier with the results so far! After years of shaving, waxing & removal creams this was my last resort & I honestly didn't hold out much hope. Erika explained the treatment in detail - what it involved/how it works. After just 1 treatment I could start to see a difference & after 2 it was so noticeable that I could go around 5 days before shaving (whereas I'd always had to shave every day!). Erika's really knowledgeable & I would highly recommend her (& the laser treatments!) to anyone!”

They made me feel relaxed and comfortable straight away, which you don't find at every studio. Bogdan is a genius. He listened to my ideas and didn't mind when we were still tweaking the design on the morning of the appointment. The eight hour session was relaxed and friendly (and not very painful) which I'm sure was due to the people being great). I love the portrait of my daughter; Bogdan captured her expression beautifully. I'd recommend everyone to go to Heart For Art, and Bogdan, but then I wouldn't be able to get an appointment!! “I booked last week after seeing an offer on Facebook from them. Today I had the Swedish Back, neck and shoulder massage. The room was dark, with petty lights, nice and warm and very relaxing. Rachel was really nice and did a great job, found knots I didn't know I had. Definitely be back again soon. They have offers on there site and Facebook and after 10 visits you get 10% off. It's now open on Mondays.”
