"So it seems this hairdressers is great and has been for sometime but my Grandma visits here every month and has around 3mm cut off with no wash. She gets charged £30 which i think is unbelievable and is taking advantage of an elderly woman. I think someone needs to rethink their business practice"

"I have been going to Greys for years and am always really pleased with my hair. The staff are really friendly even after the 3 hours that it takes to highlight, cut and blow dry my hair. However, on this occasion, I was disappointed that they charged me an additional £15 for a deep hair conditioning treatment without checking beforehand or telling me how much it would cost."
