Poynton Park
● Open“This is a lovely park, not massive but very well kept with a couple of car park options if driving to it. The park has a lake which can be walked round, and grassland which when we went had sheep and lambs wandering around. Its a nice area, if you are expecting a long walk however, you'll probably need somewhere much bigger - but great if you have small people or just need to take dog out for a stretch of the legs!”

Marple Sports Club
● ClosedMarple, Stockport SK6 6ND, United Kingdom“Good access, but single vehicle width only. Good sized car park, just mind out for the pot holes one or two are quite large. Excellent facilities, bar is nice and big, good range of drinks, coffee too if you want, prices aren't too bad and service is with a smile. The toilets are good sized and kept clean and should be okay for disabled access. The club house has good access on the ground floor. Attended a party here and it was a good sized area but definitely book well in advance as it books up quickly.”

Mount View Farm Kennels and Cattery
● Closed“I honestly can't speak highly enough of Mount View Farm Kennels and Cattery. Gill and her team looked after our three dogs for a long period whilst we had a family situation to deal with. We were given frequent updates with pictures on how well they were doing and we felt completely comfortable with having our dogs stay there for so long. Gill and the team went above and beyond, accommodating trips to the vets on our behalf, due to our personal circumstances not being able to, as well as the everyday dog walks, play time, bath time and of course, feeding time. Thank you Gill and your wonderful team. You really are brilliant.”

Staff are really helpful, always been greeted with a smile on arrival etc. Rules and layout of sessions are clearly given to make the session run smoothly. Definitely recommend”

Monkey Playland
● Closed“While visiting family from overseas, Monkey Playland has been a lifesaver. We enjoyed our time here so much we ended up visiting 3 times. I have been very impressed with how hands on management is, and how well run and clean the facility is. It was wonderful to be able to relax on the sofa and let our 7yo go off and play on everything from the super fast slides, to the bouncy house to the climbing areas. Twice we paid the extra to use the bumper cars, swings and the ladybug ride and it was well worth the small additional fee. For the very reasonable price you pay, you will absolutely get your money's worth. We are already looking forward to returning here next time we 'cross the pond.'”

Teddybears Day Nursery
● Closed“My children have always attended this nursery and the staff are very attentive and caring towards them. Jade in pre-school is great and always provides thorough run through of my child's day and is very approachable when I have an concerns. They are beginning the process of implementing a Montessori approach which is a fantastic way of learning for children from babies all the way up to pre-school. I would recommend parents to take a look around the nursery to get a real feel for it.”
