"Always took my dogs there when going on holiday."

"Cats came back stinking, scared and full of fleas, I always bathe and de-flea my cats (using both a spot on and pill treatment) before taking my cats anywhere and yet they've come back from here infested. Extremely overpriced for the state they came back in, won't be using them ever again. Edited my review from last year from 2 stars to 1 as they love to deny that ANYONE (not just me) that leaves a bad review had actually used their business. Terrible business practice and completely unprofessional"

"On 2 occasions my partner called up to confirm our booking prior to dropping off our dog and the gentleman had no recollection of our booking. This was after my partner and myself had confirmed the booking previously visually but the excuse was "we have opened a new diary". The owners seem to be of an older age and invest little time in recording their booking information effectively. My advise would be to get a written confirmation prior otherwise you will be left in the dark as we have been on the previous 2 occasions. The kennels reply to this message will be the obvious by stating they have no records of our details in their database but this is their get out of jail reply to avoid a decent reply to constructive critasism."

"I honestly can't speak highly enough of Mount View Farm Kennels and Cattery. Gill and her team looked after our three dogs for a long period whilst we had a family situation to deal with. We were given frequent updates with pictures on how well they were doing and we felt completely comfortable with having our dogs stay there for so long. Gill and the team went above and beyond, accommodating trips to the vets on our behalf, due to our personal circumstances not being able to, as well as the everyday dog walks, play time, bath time and of course, feeding time. Thank you Gill and your wonderful team. You really are brilliant."

"Not a bad kennels, the dogs seemed to be happy enough. The only thing I'd say is that the woman there is a bit moody and quite short with you, makes you feel a bit uncomfortable."
