“Great hotel. Reasonable price. Room was very nice and clean !! The bed was very comfy. Had a very good night sleep. The only downfall was breakfast. The queue was big and took a while to sit down. Also during breakfast the kids from other families kept filling up their plates to the full which meant we had to wait a while to get any bread and Cereal. Also they had no soy milk !! Reason for the 5 star is that this is the first premier inn I have stayed in which has not been a nightmare to stay in. Would stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone as the rooms themselves compensate”

“I wasn't prepared for how exceptional the food was here. The quantity of food you get for the price was amazing and I felt very full afterwards. The staff are nice, and the dining area was kept clean.”

“We have ordered from Bonsai 5 or 6 times. One of us normally gets the 3-dish taster because we can never decide what to get - its all so delicious. Last time I had the loaded steak fries and it was amazing. Very very tasty. The odd dish can be pretty spicy so be warned, but the spice levels are fine if you enjoy some heat.”

“Exceptional service from this Nando's manager (Morgan)! She noticed that I was struggling with ordering on the app. She approached me and offered assistance. I said I would try some more, but eventually gave up. (A problem with my card.) I went up to the desk to order - it was just before closing and they were very busy. Noticing me in the que, she asked if she could help. I said it would be great, but my card was not working. She invited me to a separate desk and quickly took my order. The food arrived in a reasonable time and was perfect. Well done manager and thank you for coming to my aid. Keep up the good work.”

“We attended this cafe nero on a Saturday mid afternoon, so it was getting quite busy as everyone turned up for caffeine to fix their afternoon lull. Love a good nero, the coffee always tastes great. The staff are always friendly. Although it was really busy the staff were efficient, and happy. We even had a chat and a joke with them at the till. As I work in retail myself it can be very hard and sap your energy when it is busy and can be difficult at times to remain upbeat as you start to tire. We sat in, and the staff didn't stop the whole time we were there, the queue was just constant, so well done to them for working so hard. I don't think retail workers get enough credit for working like machines, however customers are quick to point out when there is an issue!”

“I work in trafford park and heard this place do takeaway breakfasts as well as all you can eat sit in. I have been twice now and both times been very impressed with the service. For £6.99 You get a tray to help yourself to the breakfast carvery which is all you would expect to compile your favourite full english. There is offer of a drink too for extra £1 but have not yet tried it as we have brew making facilities at work. If you are looking for a full english in trafford park, sit in or take away then you cant really go wrong. Friendly staff, very nice tasting and quality, warm fresh food. Thank you all”

“We stayed here as we were attending a good at the O2 Victoria Warehouse. The location was ideal, literally a stones throw from the venue. Tamia who checked is in was lovely and very accommodating. We had booked a twin room but when we entered our room the second bed wasn't made up. No problem, she quickly sorted it by moving us to another room ! Lovely friendly staff, comfy beds & a good nights sleep. Good value for money ! Would definitely stay here again & recommend for anyone attending a gig at the Warehouse or the football at Trafford Park.”

“I hate the Trafford Centre. Full of zombies . The only saving grace to this place is this exceptional eating establishment. Have been braving the traffic and been coming here for years . The ambience, even though it is situated in a very busy shopping mall is lovely. The decor is superb with copies of famous art plastered everywhere - but now the food . The food is lovely , little Italian tapas dishes. So basically you can order and taste a multitude of things all exceptionally cooked. The devils temple does have its benefits. Bravo Pesto.”

Have been to this one couple times in the last six months, The Caesar salad and the meatballs, are definitely a good choice, The alcoholic drinks are always really nice as well if your not hungry.”

“I can safely say that I just had the best steak I have ever tried (and I have tried many, including the famous Nusret!). And the triple cooked chips OH MY GOD! The staff were very friendly and went over and beyond to make us happy. We also treated ourselves to a pancake which was absolutely delicious! It's a shame there is no clear signage outside so I had to call them to get directions. In case you also have trouble finding it, it's located on the grounds of Trafford Hall Hotel (a very nice hotel I must say).”

“Me and my friend really enjoyed ourselves at this Costa that overlooks The Trafford Centre, with no screen at the counter like some and helpful, friendly staff! I had a delicious white hot chocolate, sitting comfortably at a clean table.”

“Coffee is always perfect from Starbucks. Temperate just right. You can get the standard coffee options however they usually have some seasonal coffees. This one is positioned in the Trafford centre and has brilliant staff. It’s pretty quick with service. Majority of the time it’s clean however during the busier times the table may have old cups on. Best to clean up after yourself! Often busy so you might not get a seat if you’re planning on dining in.”

“A lovely hotel that we visit often as it just 5 minutes from the Trafford Centre. Trams leave every 12 minutes into Manchester City Centre. The food next door at the Coach House Brewers fayre is lovely and the staff are very friendly and attentive. Plenty of car parking right outside the hotel”
