Not working for this company but as a private hire driver i know that loading and unloading is not a part of our job. We get paid for point A to B. Drivers only suppose to help you if you ask them but thats mainly for venerable people as well again only if you ask them for help but most of the drivers still offer to help if they see you with luggage BUT THIS IS NOT A PART OF OUR JOB.
