“I would like to disagree with the previous review as I find the guys at ABS Stockport very hard working and professional. I have also seen the way a minority of customers speak to the staff and found it shocking what they have to put up with. I saw a guy once get very angry with them because he wanted parts at staff prices but didn't work for them and was an ex employee from another branch. I think the staff deserve a medal for putting up with people like this and shouldn't face the abuse they receive when just trying to do a job and made even more difficult with the covid restrictions. Keep up the hard work guys and try to brush off the nasty guys.”

“Came in for front and rear bulb replacement, the young man who changed and fitted the bulbs I think his name was Josh, his name certainly began with a J was efficient, knowledgeable and a credit to Halfords. He explained that he had been doing this job for less than a year which surprised me as he was extremely competent. Thank you and great work.”

“Steve and the team now handle all of my business and personal insurance needs. Unbelievably knowledgeable on what must really be a pretty dull subject, but he’s never failed to be competitive with quality insurance policies. We’ve made 3 claims over the years that One and All have handled our fleet policy, and 2 theft claims on our business insurance. All have been paid out quickly and efficiently (and without massive loadings on the following renewal). You can maybe find an online policy a couple of quid cheaper, but the most expensive policy you will ever buy is the one that’s full of loopholes and doesn’t pay out when you need it. Great service, always going above and beyond.”

“I used this company back in 2019 when there was some damage to my car through no fault of mine. (It was an insurance job). They were recommended to me. All were friendly and professional, Paul answered all my emailed questions without delay. The car was in for 4 days, a courtesy car was provided too. The bodywork repair was excellent and they helped out with another bit of trim as well at no extra charge. It was perfect. I took another trip over this week for some advice on a car I had purchased last week, that had a trim issue, they fixed it in no time. We keep going back as the customer service is superb, from Steve on the front desk when booking in and dropping off, to Phil and his team looking after the cars. Good communicators too - they call with updates and deliver on time which is significantly better service than we got from the main dealers and at a better price. I've had to call in a couple of times with an urgent need and they've looked after me while I waited and had me back on the road in no time.
