“I rented through Hyde for 7yrs. Any problems and they were sorted straight away. The fence came down in a storm and it was fixed within 3 days. My light fitting in bathroom broke and that was replaced within a few days, i cant fault how efficiently they deal with repairs, they are spot on. Dave is on site regularly checking everything is tidy and sorting any maintenance problems, hes a lovely genuine guy. The grounds and communal areas are kept immaculate. I would rent through Hyde again if i needed to. After leaving i got my deposit back no problems. I was actually sorry to go. If you want a descent company to rent or buy through, consider Hyde, they took the stress out of renting for me personally.”

“As a Landlord I have found Roger Dean Estate Agents to be very competent at managing our properties. They are inspected regularly and we are contacted if any work needs doing. Furthermore as any problems are dealt with speedily we seldom have issues with rent arrears and if a problem does arise they work with the tenant to resolve the matter.”

I have stayed in the same house for 2 years running now as are a great company to live with. any issues we have had (ie broken dryer, leaking radiator) were fixed super quickly whenever we email for maintenance. company are super efficient at making sure the house is in good condition. rent seems expensive but it’s probably worth it considering how nice the house is and how good the staff are”
