"My dad lives in the building that houses the Sam Properties office. It is a secure building in a wonderful area. As part of his tenancy, I have had a lot of phonecalls with the office staff, and they are always friendly, professional and helpful, no matter the issue. I was delayed in making appropriate arrangements for renewing my dad's tenancy, when I called and talked to Sam Properties about this, they reassured me saying that I don't need to worry. When they send the reference form to my dad's workplace and it wasn't filled in properly by my dad's workplace, they offered alternatives on how to get this information across. I am extremely pleased with Sam Properties, both the flat their offering and their customer service, and I would recommend them, without hesitation to anyone."

"Really helpful staff, we had some issues in our first flat with them and they were resolved really quickly and we managed to get our full deposit back. The second time we had an issue with the inventory program which meant we missed out on getting all our deposit back but that was mainly our own fault. All in all, I'd heard some negative stuff about Sam properties and experienced none of it myself"

"Let a property through this company and was told I could bring my pet. My landlord has now turned around said this is not the case and I am now facing eviction. To be fair when dealing them they were nice and helpful. However there has obviously been a breakdown in communication and I am now given the raw deal"

"WARNING! DO NOT USE. Worst estate agents I have ever used. I would not recommend Sam Properties to my worst enemy. Left the flat in a brilliant condition and was charged £135 cleaning fee for a few minor areas that apparently needed extra cleaning. The staff are unresponsive, I took us a month to get a replacement vacuum cleaner because it had broken. There was a hole in my window that never got repaired, I ended up having to tape it up with masking tape to help stop the draft. They sent someone over to measure the windows with less than 24 hours notice - which is not in accordance with the 1988 Housing Act."
