“My husband and I drove for 4 hours to try out Loaf sofas and it was very worthwhile journey. The staff immediately offered us a welcome bottle of chilled water, they let us browse but were attentive when we had questions, they were very generous with their time but with absolutely no hard sell and they were very knowledgeable about the products. We returned home very content with the sofa, armchair and chaise we have chosen and we look forward to seeing them in our new home. “I had my son circumcised here last week when he was 4 weeks old. Dr Butt is thoroughly professional and put me at ease by answering any questions I had and explaining the procedure in detail. We were asked to bring him into the treatment room and then waited 10 minutes in the waiting room whilst the procedure was done. We were given clear care instructions and a leaflet with details of what to expect in the following days. We went back a week later for a check up appointment and our son healed beautifully.”

“What a fabulous experience. I went food shopping last night and it honestly looked like there had been a war. Half of the things I needed they had sold out of, people had scattered food all over the shelves so it was all untidy. I went back at 6am. All the shelves beautifully stacked, got everything I needed in 10 minutes. There was even a member of staff hoovering the carpets at the entrances.
