"I usually don't write reviews but after such a bad experience at their shop l couldn't stop myself from writing this . Two weeks ago I bought two pairs of earrings from them but when my daughter complained that her earring keeps falling off I took it back to the shop as they had assured me that I can exchange it if something is not right . Now when you go there to buy something they are very nice and friendly and they will make sure that you don't go out empty handed but when you go back with a faulty product then it's a different story . The owner tried to convince me that there is nothing wrong with the earring but when I insisted I want to exchange the earrings he handed me over to the rudest sales man I have ever seen in my life . His first comment was whenever the earring drops you catch it , then he seemed in no mood to show us anything . He told us to look in the showcases and tell him which one we want but it was not possible from such a distance . Basically he was impatient , aggressive , non cooperative and won't shut up . Now my point is this that the owner was only a few yards away with another customer and he was fully aware of what's going on but he didn't intervene which is enough to convince me that this sort of behaviour towards a customer is a common practice and acceptable . Shame on Top jewellers for not properly training their staff before putting them behind the counters and letting them harass and bully female customers . You are not running a grocery shop but a jewellery shop where people spend their hard earned money and they deserve to be treated fairly and respectfully ."
