After having problems with the DPF on my Nissan for 2 years on and off I was getting desperate to find a solution. I am so glad I found Andy, he talked me through what the causes could be and the steps that could be taken to resolve these. “Can’t fault NassifMD Medical Spa at all! I was slightly nervous before my appointment, as a gent I’ve never really had any treatments before and didn’t know what to expect. A received a warm and friendly welcome, the staff made me feel at home straight away. Before I knew it I was sipping a fresh coffee and filling in my patient form having a laugh with Amanda, Lauren and Harriet. Form filled in and my PRP treatment awaited! Dr Harrison explained the PRP procedure fully and answered all my questions, and even advised me in aftercare to help my hair grow healthier. “Honestly from the moment I stepped foot into this Clinic to the minute I left I was treated extremely well. Thank you to all staff Dr Matt, Nina, Amy and Helena who have dealt with my dental care! My teeth are wedding ready and definitely worth every penny. All staff take very good care of you and thoroughly explain the treatment that you go through. Nina dealt with my dental hygiene and really taught me how I needed to take care of my gums, demonstrated brushing techniques, flossing equipment and cleared all the calc bacteria on my teeth. She kept the patient at ease at all times and kept asking if I was ok or needed a break and spoke to me in a really lovely manner. Thank you very much Nina! Thank you to Dr Matt for assessing my teeth and showing me my 3D scans of my teeth, technology today is very impressive! And a big thank you to Helena and Amy for going through the whitening process with me so I knew exactly what I needed to do in preparation for my wedding and getting the right level of whiteness for my teeth. She knew exactly what to do with my hair; I've only recently realised I have wavy hair but have been treating it as if its straight. She was really knowledgeable and gave me loads of tips. I went here and asked if they would alter my uniform to make it more fitting, and that I needed it in a timely manner and within 2 days it was done! I picked it up and all the alterations are amazing. They tapered, hemmed and brought the waist in perfectly! I also asked them to wash it whilst it was there and its come out brill. I booked a deep clean and wasn't disappointed I gave cleaning wizz Sam a mini tour of my house madness. He just got on with the job in a respectful professional and non judgemental manner. Sam put on his gloves and got straight into it, keeping me updated all through out. By the end of the deep clean I could smell and see the difference in the house.
