"I started my first treatment in December 2021 in the hope for some results for my personal concerns/issues. Despite me being uncomfortable with the advice at consultation, I was still told to go ahead with other treatments (expensive and lengthy treatments). I spent a good time of my year at Este having little to no results. I was disappointed that Este still allowed me to continue with treatments knowing it would not eliminate my concerns. I completed a lot of treatments paying thousands and thousands with no results. If a consultant knows I will see little to no difference they should not have allowed me to go ahead and agree with treatments and allowing me to spend my hard earned money. It truly is disappointing and upsetting. On a happier note. Lola was my therapist in 2021 and she was a brilliant member of staff having treated me with respect and honesty. Unfortunately she does not work at this branch anymore. The building is lovely and rooms are also very comfortable. A note to anybody wanting treatments with Este: Please don't feel obliged or pressured into buying treatments at consultation. It won't always work. This shouldn't be about making a sale when somebody's mental health and personal situation should be a priority. Please don't fall into a sales trap."

She is friendly and always answers clearly to all of my questions. I couldn't recommend her more! AAA+ for her.
