“We booked this as a y6 leavers for our children. 22 of us booked in and the staff couldnt of been more helpful Really good that have changed some of the activities up by installing a large inflatable which gives it a bit more variety and my son said its better than the foam pits. Food was included in the price. Nuggets/ pizza and chips. the staff were amazing putting tables together so the group could sit together as one giving it that real party feel for them. Drinks and snacks were pricey but no different to anyone else. It was a really warm day and the building was really warm, would of been good to have some air con fans to cool the place down a bit, and I know it's rare for us to get weather like that in the UK. Overall really good”

“Recently visited The Deanwater for a Business Meeting. A beautiful venue with plenty of space, lovely food and friendly staff. Plenty of space in the meeting suites, could of just done with access to a few more plugs for the laptops but on the whole would definitely return.”

“We had the most amazing bacon & egg butties this week. The service was excellent, the staff welcoming and the pub itself is clean and cosy. We took our dog with us and she was made very welcome and enjoyed the biscuits they gave her! Would highly recommend and will be visiting to try the Sunday lunch now!”

“Fantastic experience staff really friendly afternoon tea is gorgeous. Really recommend if you book through directly or through groupon voucher. Fresh sandwiches and scones were fantastic. Will be visiting here again the location is lovely and we sat in a little room off to the side and was overall great.”

“I'd never been to a sauna until today but I definitely picked the right one. Spotlessly clean and all the staff were friendly and helpful. I was nervous and I was given I guided tour of the facilities by a really helpful, chatty guy that put me at my ease. All the facilities advertised on the website were there and the terrace a perfect little sun-trap. Great music too and at just the right level. I had an amazing time. And I will be going back soon!”

“The savoury food here is incredible, the pizza, cheesey garlic bread and tatertots were all perfectly delicious! (Definitely get the cheesey garlic bread!) The cocktails were delicious too and they have a good selection of beers. Let them know if you’re celebrating as you might get a free shot! The servers are very friendly, attentive and genuine. The only slight disappointment for us was the dessert, it looked good but it tasted very claggy and it wasn’t the same quality and taste as the savoury options. Their is only one dessert option, so it really should be a good one. Will absolutely go back here, especially for more cheesey garlic bread and cocktails!”

I will say unfortunately the dessert was a massive let down - as someone who loves mochi I was expecting a lot especially being a pricier place, but the outside texture was like chewing on candle wax.”

“Must say food was delicious I got a spicy burger meal and he gave my mate free dhaal soup on the house, he came around after we finished to ask us if everything was good. The place is clean and covid regulations followed. It has seating places to eat in. U need a mask to enter once inside u can have it off. I will come again the warmth we got from the staff specially the red t shirt brother was really nice. I highly recommend everyone tries it once if they like grill foods, shawarma or kobedas.”

“Having tried quite a few Lamb Karahis over the last few weeks in Manchester and also in Yorkshire at places which are highly rated, I can honestly say the Lamb Karahi here at Daawat beats all others hands down! Also really nice customer service provided by Usman. Will definitely be bringing more friends and family back here to try out this hidden gem.”

“I came here for a private party organised to celebrate my sister in laws marriage. We booked for 42 people. They allowed us to arrive early to set up and we brought cakes which they put in the fridge for us. They asked us when we wanted the food to be served and gave me complimentary tea whilst we were setting up. They catered for our every need and were not too fussed when we didn't finish on time as we were booked until 9. The food was very nice especially the fresh naan. We had starters of chicken leg, fish and kebabs and 3 curries with rice and naan. My extended family are all Asian and they all complimented on the food that it was nice. The only criticism was that the serving dishes they used for the curry and rice were quite small which meant that they kept having to top up the food. The desserts were tea served with gulab jaman and ice cream. I normally don't like gulab Japan but it was warm and very nice as it wasn't too sweet. Would definitely recommend if you want to book a private party as its secluded from the main restaurant. There was also a prayer facilities available upstairs and the toilets were clean.”
