He also took immediate action for my mum which gave her an extra 19 years. He supported mums mental health after losing my sister. He has supported me medically through two children and various minor ailments and mentally through a marriage breakdown and work related stress. He also supported me with paperwork and a medical for fostering. Receptionists are obviously busy but always polite and helpful. I've never had a problem getting an appointment especially for urgent matters.”
