My enquiry was dealt with very efficiently by all the team staff members upon them waiting for Kayleigh, the manager to come back, in what I can imagine is the busiest period for the salon. Kayleigh was very understanding and as a gesture of goodwill she refunded my make up, as the slot was filled.
