Me and my mum had tried everything from bones, flavoured toys, special food when we came across the Bogar Dental Mint dog toothpaste on Healthful pets. Within days we could tell the difference and her teeth have slowly started getting stronger and brighter. Best of all our dog Grace really loves the taste! The customer service was great and the postage was really good. Will definitely be buying all my dog products from here again.”

From when I walked in I was greeted and had a browse, I got talking to the lady owner and she was generally interested in listening to me and hearing about my dog and was lovely when I asked alot of questions about various treats and food dispite knowing I wouldn't be buying food that day. I got the treats and my dog has loved them and I have been happy knowing he has the right ones for him. “I was expecting a small store when I turned up . Once inside it looks really big and a alot on offer. Few other businesses inside like photo shop. 2nd visit went to do a weekly shop and wasn't impressed with essentials they didn't have in stock”

“I've seen a lot of bad reviews on here, and they would certainly be valid if in relation to a genuine puppy farm. Me and my sister both bought our puppies here and have both received healthy, loving dogs. For Mitsy (our collie) we had to wait 2 weeks until they would release her to us for her wellbeing and we visited her a couple of times as we were so in love with her. Each visit the puppies were happy, active, clean and had toys and water. When we purchased Mitsy she came with lots of paperwork, her first vaccinations and microchip and we were given the contact details of the vet who had attended her and free vet visits for the first month. We were also given the food she had been given during her stay and advised on how to properly care for her. The staff were genuine and treated the puppies nicely and they have all their certificates on display from regulatory bodies and they make it clear that the puppies are not intended for breeding. It's a shame that a company following the rules are being boycotted when a lot of puppies are being sold privately with none of these policies in place. In the future we would probably buy rescues but for our first dog we wanted to raise from a puppy and the Manchester store was great for us.”
