This was the first dog sitting visit and followed several unsuccessful attempts to find a border who Harry would settle with.. I zzy kept me informed through the afternoon on how things were going and I came home to a happy dog who.was snuggled contentedly next to Izzy obviously feeling very content, something he only does with me and my son. She popped round before we went away to discuss the cat's food arrangements and other routines before coming back twice a day whilst we were away. On the first occasion, we'd only had our cat a couple of months when we left her with Tracy but we felt totally reassured as she was such a natural with her and kept us up-to-date with messages and photos on WhatsApp. I highly recommend Tracy to anyone looking for a pet sitter.”

“This is the 3rd time we have had Marley our Labrador stay with Barkers Pet Services. The last 2 times were for 2 week stays but this time we booked him in for 3 weeks. We had absolutely no problem doing this as we were so comfortable and happy with his last 2 stays we knew he would be more than settled. This is a fantastic place for our dog to be and would highly recommend Barkers Pet Services for home boarding. We couldn't imagine putting Marley in kennels as we tried this when he was younger and did nothing but worry about him. They send us regular pictures on whats app of his stay and updates of what he is doing which is great. Marley is 6yrs old and quite a broadly built Labrador. Since being a pup he has always stayed by our side and been quite a nervous dog and is sometimes scared of small dogs and most big dogs. It takes him a while to get used to a new doggy friend but when he finds one he likes he will follow it around and play. We explained all Marley's fears and all things he enjoys to Jan & Liz and this has always been taken on board when walking Marley and taking care of him. We couldn't imagine leaving him anywhere else now and every time we bring him back for a stay even if its been a year since his last one, he jumps out of the car and runs straight in. My Pet Walker is excellent, and it has changed the way we operate for the better. Feedback from our members and the team has been excellent. From daily check ins, to reminders for birthdays and vaccinations, the app is more than just a diary. My team love being able to see their upcoming bookings and that owners can share notes with them for collections. Invoicing has gone from two hours to just five minutes - I'm getting my time back at last! Ben and his team have gone above and beyond with their help, tweaks and implementing new functions to the app. They are always available to offer advice. Honestly, I've been so impressed and my only regret is not using My Pet Walker sooner - it's worth every penny and more!”
