“We found Tony when we first got our Irish Terrier puppy and he was amazing! When he moved, we tried a few other groomers but they didn't compare to his expertise, knowledge and care. So we managed to track him down and he's been grooming our Scout ever since. We wouldn't trust her with anyone else! He's worked to get the condition of her coat perfect and she looks beautiful every time. She's always pleased to be with him too! So pleased that Tony now has his own business which is so very well deserved!”

“Took my elderly Lakeland in for a nail clip and she was handled wonderfully. She has slipped disks in her back, doesn't like having them done and has a tendancy to jump off tables. She was handled so well as I was very concerned about her back, the ladies knew exactly what to do with her to keep her safe and get the job done. They were highly professional and so good with her, explaining to me what they were doing as they were doing it and let me watch which all helped me feel more comfortable with letting someone else handle her. Was so happy even booked her in for a groom as my groomers haven't opened. Even gave her a complimentary spritz so she smells wonderful until she gets groomed.”

This place has been a lifeline, and everyone who works here is a legend! I went up to the counter and said "I think I'm in dire need of help" and lo and behold, they got me everything I needed and then some. “Staff are nice always want to help you but are limited on stock and what they do have is quite pricey they shut for dinner for an hour and shut at 6.00pm but because itus over the road from us I sort of take it or leave it if you donot want to go back out and they also do prescription as well I do not use it so cannot tell if they are any good with them”

I wish they had a facility that allows patients to message them with a query online and they can get back to us. This will save us time on the off chance the line is busy or if it's busy in store. It will also allow the team to look into the background before discussing the query, which again helps save time and explanation. Overall a good pharmacy.
