Vet was lovely and solved the problem in 2 minutes without stressing my cat. The receptionist was fantastic polite and only charged a nominal fee as I hadn't taken up a full consultation. Great vets, my family have used for all there pets and will continue to use for mine”

They are both old now, and our little Oliver (Shih Tzu) is so frail he needs me to be with him to support him while he’s groomed. Colette is so gentle and patient with him. Our Westie, Sophie, adores going, to the point where she drags me into the salon with her tail wagging! They always look lovely when they’re done. “IV used these vets for a few years , not fancy but staff are great and loving with the animals , prices are cheaper than other local vets but the care for animals is brilliant , also for the owners when a beloved pet needs to be PTS , the help and care given to me a few years ago when my 4¹/² year old dog needed help was immense they went above and beyond , it didn't have a happy ending but I'm so grateful to them . My recent visit with my Staffy was worrying but 5 days later she's back to her happy self .”

I was even more surprised to find that instead of the normal shop keeping hours of others, they were open from 7am to 10pm. I felt that sort of service deserved support and have never used any of their competitors since. They are a lot busier these days but service is faultless and they are proactively helpful. Very health and safety conscious regarding possible eardrum damage. Great advice and friendly service. All this was for the advertised price for one ear. Would highly recommend!”
