“Great reasonably priced hotel, you always know what to expect with a Premier Inn and I think this stay was a little better. We only stayed for a night but felt taken care of, and made use of the features of the Premier Plus room, including the mini fridge and Nespresso coffee machine. After we arrived I went back down to ask if we could get any soya milk to make tea/coffee with, and the staff couldn’t be more helpful, and got us some from the kitchen to take up and use, and they definitely weren’t stingy about it, we got a litre! Mini fridge came in handy there. I’d highly recommend this hotel and the staff were just great. Also if you park in the MediaCityUK multi-storey car park adjacent to the premier inn, make sure you get your parking validated at reception to bring the price down to £11 for 24hrs”

This weekend I purchased Guinea pigs and Josh could not be more helpful if he tried and not in the way of what can I get you to buy but the welfare of the guinea pig and what it needs. “This was such a great choice. Excellent location with fine eateries next door. You would be mad not to stay here as it represents the cutting edge of value for money. Extremely quiet and excellent reception they even took our bags up to the room. We met some lovely people here who were extremely friendly. Very warm and cosy cannot wait to come back, easily the best hotel I have stayed at.”

“As always, the same high standard as I have come to expect from Premier Inn. The room was immaculate and the staff were very friendly. The hotel was a good base, just a short walk from Spinningfields and the cocktails we had enjoyed earlier in the night. The hotel also had an option to store luggage once we checked out. They asked for a donation for this, which we gladly paid as all the money went to their chosen charity!”

“Beautiful hotel in a great central location. The reception staff were amazing and the room was spotlessly clean. As other reviews have mentioned, there was a lot of noise at night from trains and people out on the town (this isn't something that bothered us personally and is to be expected for the location). I would definitely stay again and had a wonderful time.”

“Cannot fault this place. Room was perfect, spotless and had everything we needed - including an iron, hairdryer plus extras like bath robes. Breakfast each morning was lovely, lots of choice and fresh made. We had room on the 16th floor so night time was just beautiful. Nothing was a problem for staff who were chatty and friendly even when it was super busy. Would most definitely stay here again.”

“Just returned from a 2 night break and planning when to go again. First time in a wheelchair staff couldnt do enough to help. All staff shared in with a laugh and were so friendly. “Got 2 adjacent rooms with intersecting doors for one night, while we were at a function. I booked these over the telephone last minute and the staff member I spoke to was so helpful and lovely. We had a really lovely stay and I would definitely return ❤️”
