The dentists are excellent and always have time to explain treatments and ongoing care and listen to your concerns. Had to attend recently as an emergency as I was having quite a lot of pain. They got me in the same day to see the dentist and I ended up having to have a tooth extraction. This was done with great care and I didn't really feel any pain. Such care was taken to keep his dignity. Unfortunately the car did not stop. But a lovely couple( I was told) took him in I can't thank you all enough you gave me chance to go and see him. “I have used prima vets previously for scanning and progesterone tests but I recently used them for an emergency out of hours c-section, I cannot fault them, they arrived to meet me within 10 minutes of me phoning them, did the emergency c-section as my girl was struggling, they spent all the time they needed to ensure my puppies and mum were safe to leave before sending us home. They provided a fantastic service”

“My dog has been a member of this veterinary clinic her whole life (she is 14) and we have never had an issue. The staff are really nice and friendly, the waiting room is a decent size and you are never kept waiting very long after “checking in” for your appointment. There is ample parking both in front of the clinic and on the road, with no restrictions. The pricing of annual boosters is reasonable and we cannot praise the staff enough for the level of service we have received. I would definitely recommend this veterinary clinic!”

Now we have another Cairn - TeSsie she’s only 6 months old and we were very concerned putting her in kennels so young but the trip we were making was unavoidable due to my husband’s (Michael) illness, however no need to have worried she was there 6 days and she’s fine , no problems back at home straight back into her/our routine!
