The coffee is fab and the vegetarian breakfast (smashed avocado with poached eggs and halloumi) was amazing but it's the little touches that nailed it for me: 1. an umbrella stand and a coat stand, ideal when it's a soggy day outside (no dripping all over the cafe) and; 2. a steak knife to cut the sourdough toast. Much underrated. I spotted the cakes as I paid and went back later to sample. The Lotus Biscoff Cheesecake was incredible. Try the mushrooms on toast. Amazing.”

“Sextons is a bakery , coffee and brunch place as well. The quality of all products i ve tried exceed my expectations. The location is just lovely, touching the river. “I regard Anita, the owner of this beautiful Boutique as my personal Florist. Not only is she absolutely amazing at what she does but she is the most wonderfully kind and compassionate person. You can call her with a description of the type of arrangement that you want and Anita will go over and beyond to see that you are never disappointed. This week she created the most incredible Wreath for my Aunt who sadly passed away and I was blown away by the incredible work, love and intricate detail that Anita put into the project. Thank you so much!! I would highly recommend this Business as the go to for all Floral requirements as well as delicious Coffee, Chocolates, Wines and Cards!”

“There are 3 Costa Coffee stores in Oldham and this one is clearly the best. It is clean, modern and well looked after. Staff are very friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be that as it is run by Odeon, it does not offer any promotions or deals on food as well as charging 10p extra on drinks. Not a big deal and I expect to see some franchises putting prices up.”

It’s a really chilled coffee shop, which is nice to come and grab a coffee and if you wanted many different cake selections. Once again the staff members are so welcoming and that is probably the number one reasoning behind it being the best one I have been too.”
