“Really good museum, well worth a visit. An interesting mix of collections, both historical, cultural and natural. The aquarium in the lower levels is a real bonus too. Not always easy to park for free but there's nearby pay and display car parks. The area surrounding the museum is also a nice area of Bolton.”

“Everything was explained fully by vet Laura and I was not rushed in anyway. The receptionist was very pleasant and professional. Laura helped me a few weeks before when I had to euthanise another dog. I was heart broken but Laura reassured me that I had done the right thing. The whole practice is very efficient and staff show how much they care for our pets.”

“Visited with relatives from Bolton on New Year’s Eve, good to see so many people out on a mild dry day. Got some coffees an Ice Cream from the Ice cream van. Nice coffee at the van. Great treat for the family. Good walk around the pond kids loved feeding the ducks.”

“This is the best park in Bolton because there is some cleaning contrary to the small parks. Huge space which is family friendly during day (I would not advise to be there after sunset - like in every park unfortunately)when there is no animals off leash and young thugs.”

“This is a lovely park. We were visiting grandad around the corner, and he suggested here (i had not heard of it before). There is plenty to keep the kids of all ages amused! There was a great sand play area that was very popular with the children, as well as an older children wooden and rope play area. It was a fun couple of hours!”

“They have more staff, Quickly served with de-flea for the cat, picked up a nice new pink collar while shopping around. Good happy Staff. Plenty of parking on the retail park. Traffic much better now they have nearly finished the roadworks.”

“My wife and I adopted a dog yesterday and travelled up to pets at home late on yesterday evening, as we were looking around for the essentials we needed to be ready for when our dog arrives, we were unsure of the dog crate we required so asked for some assistance, this is where we met Leah, being from a management background I could tell that she was either relatively new to the job or lacked a little confidence, Leah you needn't of been nervous you answered all of our questions fantastically and even upsold us a few items as we were going around the store, fair play to you, you are a credit to the store and we really appreciated your help, hopefully these reviews are read and recocognised by your management team, these days people are quick to put a bad review on but won't go to the effort to send praise when it's due, so well done Leah and thanks again . “Hobbycraft as always is a welcoming place. I was with a friend today so actually resisted buying anything (which was really hard!!) I can spend hours just walking around and getting ideas for things to make. I usually buy fat quarters to make Christmas baubles...see pictures attached.”

The staff at the Atherton Charlie Park are absolutely lovely and will do anything for you! Can not say the same for the head office who are dreadful, please if your going to book a party go to the centre direct and meet the girls there you won’t be disappointed”

“Great for baby development. Very enjoyable for both mothers and fathers. I have taken my little one to bloom classes since he was 6 weeks old and loved it every time! I have tried other sensory classes and nothing was as enjoyable & engaging as the bloom classes. Highly recommend.”

“My wife had gone in for a big order & got home to realise an item was missing (Christmas madness) , she went back to the store and was helped by a lady who checked cctv to see where the item went. It turns out it was packaged in white tissue paper and had been missed at the bottom of a large bag by my wife who was mortified. The lady went outside to check the car with my wife (wife’s permission & request) where it was found ! , thank you so much for not making her feel like she was out on a Christmas rob - mistakes happen & it was dealt with in a nice friendly way.
