They arrived and were the wrong colour (my fault for not checking the label correctly) Karon went out of her way to help me find the matching jacket for the trousers I had ordered from them. “Fantastic seller! The quality of the bibs are the best I’ve ever found, and beat any other store or franchise. I just wish I found them sooner. I especially like that there’s two fasteners on the bibs so if you child has a particular large/ small or average neck the bibs will fit! My son is such a heavy drooler and all of the other high street/ designer brand bibs are soaked within two hours and I have to change them. Not with monkey boxes bibs! I use one bib a day!! They also wash beautifully too. The seller is really responsive and super fast postage. Highly recommend”

“I’ve been struggling to get a decent suit for a wedding. I found this place on the internet, and visited the store. The guy knew exactly what he was about , measured me and the first suit fitted perfectly, in the colour I wanted. There’s loads of other items I like from jeans to Hawaiian shirts, all at a sensible prices, but most importantly they are proper good sizes. The suit pants were a bit long so Chatleys are altering them free of charge. Definitely will return , for both formal work and casual attire .”

“Purchased a shirt, tie and requested a suits worth of buttons (to have my own suit altered) which they sent free of charge! I even offerred to pay for the buttons and postage but they refused, truly a company that cares and wants to offer the best quality service! I only wish I could have bought a suit from them but unfortunately they don't offer Long variations for suit sizes. However, if I ever end up in Salford and need a suit for any occasion rest assured I will be visiting because the customer service was exceptional considering I was an online customer also FYI the shirt / tie are fantastic quality.”

They have really great service with people happy to guide you, help you, and talk you through the benefits and drawbacks of the different options so you can come to find what is best for you. They have a variety in store, a portion of what you can find online.”

I thought I would struggle to get a larger size. The lady who helped choose my clothes was fab and picked me out some lovely sparkly outfits. No hard sell either. Very patient. “We visited Its a baby warehouse yesterday and it was a brilliant experience. We had an hours appointment with Alison whom was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She answered our questions and gave great advice. She also allowed us to explore ourselves and answered questions when we had them. We tried a few prams and could walk around the warehouse with them (with gloves). We purchased an egg pram bundle and silver cross Westport furniture. We are so so happy with everything we purchased and left knowing we had a great deal! We were particularly impressed with our deals and I’m still so excited by them this morning. It’s was great that we could use blue light discount too. Thanks again it’s a baby and in particular Alison. Would highly recommend and will be to other parents and parents to be! :)”
