"Absolutely fantastic experience shopping online with Lesters! Absolutely thrilled with my pushchair, was £200 cheaper than everywhere else and it was delivered FREE within 30 hours! Must admit after reading reviews I was a little sceptical, but I simply called the store and checked my items were in stock (polite and helpful staff member), READ the delivery and returns policy (which clearly states a monetary charge for cancelled orders) and placed my order. So glad I shopped with Lesters and will be recommending to everyone."

"Awful customer service. Return a pram as one of the breaks didn't lock. It as taken almost 2 weeks and still haven't got it back. I put a complaint to the store and didn't receive any kind of compensation in anyway. Porr customer satisfaction I do not recommend"
