“My wife and I took our girls to celebrate booking a holiday in the U.S. The food was great. "Nicely American" for want of a better phrase. Tasty and reasonable price. The place was very busy (and so quite noisy, hence only 4 out of 5 for the atmosphere). But the team were on top of it with not long to wait for food. Great job. Our 'server', Savannah, was brilliant. So friendly, helpful and polite. Very attentive without smothering us. I noticed every time she passed our table she had a quick look to see if drinks needed refreshing, where we were at with food, etc. She (like the rest of the staff) were working really hard. Really enjoyed it and great food with great service made me want to go back again soon. Thanks!”

“I tend to avoid (All you can eat) quantity over quality.. However we was in the Trafford centre yesterday & decided to try this place.. So pleased we did.. On arrival we was greeted with a smile & directed to our table, we asked to eat inside..we was asked if we had eaten there before, obviously we hadn't, we was informed how it worked where the meals was located & prices, someone quickly took our drinks order with polite friendly conversation albeit rushed off their feet. The food wow! Plenty to choose from if you have a good appetite you'll love it, there was so much I wanted to try after indulging in the seafood yellow curry (wow) beef with broccoli & the chicken with ginger, You've definitely changed my thoughts on buffet style eating. We will be returning, excellent food & attentive friendly staff..”

“Absolutely fabulous customer service. Unfortunately we had a pair of faulty shoes which I wanted replacing with the same type as they were so comfy, but product no longer available to buy online. Contacted shop explained issue and Vicki went above and beyond to find a franchise shop who had the exact pair/size we needed. She then got them delivered to Wilmslow for me to pick up and even kept me notified as to how long it would take them to arrive in Wilmslow. A FIRST CLASS SERVICE CANNOT THANK VICKI ENOUGH FOR HER EFFORTS IN OBTAINING A REPLACEMENT. I could not thank Vicki in person on the collection day, as she was not in work. But staff knew about the product exchange and it was a sorted in minutes..absolutely seamless.Showing great teamwork and communication between staff. Many thanks.”
