“A fantastic service provided by a fantastic company. They were amazing in finding me hotels and flights for Malaysia and Thailand at an extremely competitive price. They even provided airport transfers to and from my hotel at both locations. I can't fault sky direct travel as there was nothing more they could have done for me as everything was perfect. The Holiday Inn hotel was of a very high standard. Staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. This was a lovely relaxing holiday and despite being out on trips every day there was no rush or early timed schedules, everything was done in a nice carefree way. “I booked the Maldron for my cousins 50th birthday and was impressed from start to finish. I checked in on line the day before, so everything was ready for us when we arrived. The reception staff were lovely, very friendly and courteous and very helpful throughout our stay. Our room was ready when we arrived and were very pleased with our allocated room and although we could see train line from our window we never heard any trains. My sister in law wanted some extra coffee and a couple of extra hangers and we had only just put the phone down to reception and someone was knocking on our door with requested items.. First class customer service. We had booked breakfast for our stay and we were both very impressed with the quality and selection available. The staff in the restaurant were also very pleasant and helpful and took the time check everything was as we liked. I would recommend the breakfast to anyone. We chose the hotel for its location to the train station and restaurants and bars we were frequenting over the weekend. Had a fabulous time and was very impressed with the hotel and its staff.”

“This was our first time on an Eavesway Coach. Our friends that live in Liverpool booked it for the 4 of us to take to the cruise ship terminal at Southampton. They only use Eavesway. This coach and company is amazing! Soft comfortable leather seats and everything was spotlessly clean. The safety briefing was unlike anything we have ever heard before...because we are not from England and now I know this is very normal here. I appreciated it very much. She said, "There are 3 emergency exits doors and 5 emergency windows and the coach is equipped with 3 fire extinguishers. The coach has free wifi and if you can't connect after 30 minutes please let us know and we will contact our tech and they will allow more connectivity. We also have a toilet on-board. Gents, the coach is very rocky so we would ask you to please do sit down because no amount of freshener will help you if you don't" The coach was not full so I was able to move to the other side in order to capture some amazing shots of the beautiful day with blue sky, puffy white clouds and the bright yellow rapeseed fields along the English countryside. We had a rest and food stop half way and we were able to have a leisurely lunch and then on our way to Southampton. The driver was very safe and we had a lovely ride. Thank you Eavesway!”

“As soon as you enter the venue you are welcomed by a lovely relaxing smell which is throughout the building to the rooms. The staff greeted us and let us store our luggage until check in time. We came back after getting lunch at a spot around the corner, early check in was not available. The room was really big - we booked the standard room - and decor was 10/10. Really chic and industrial. Love that you have a fridge in your room and given nice water and coffee/tea selections. We did not dine in the restaurant unfortunately, however it looked and smelled great with a really chilled atmosphere. The only thing I could suggest to enhance our stay would be if there was a 2nd mirror in the room as it was a struggle for us both to get ready together. Also, the kettle was quite an odd choice for the rest of the room being so well decorated... it was just an old black plastic one (just a small point to make but it didn't effect our stay). Will be back. The location was perfectly handy for getting around the city. Right beside China Town and the Gay Village.”

Love it here and the staff, especially our Vicki, Laura and Sasha who put up with our Friday heads every week.”

“Very warm welcome by a tall young man on reception and when checking out. AJ on the bar gave excellent service and chat a lovely lad. Food was really good and breakfast was great. Room was good a little to warm though and we couldn't turn it down or open a window. Enjoyed our stay very much.”
