“Staff are nice always want to help you but are limited on stock and what they do have is quite pricey they shut for dinner for an hour and shut at 6.00pm but because itus over the road from us I sort of take it or leave it if you donot want to go back out and they also do prescription as well I do not use it so cannot tell if they are any good with them”

“Great team and organisation. They offer delivery and help keep me updated with my medication. I wish they had a facility that allows patients to message them with a query online and they can get back to us. This will save us time on the off chance the line is busy or if it's busy in store. It will also allow the team to look into the background before discussing the query, which again helps save time and explanation. Overall a good pharmacy. I hope they read the positive and useful reviews :-)”

“I was a bit surprised years ago when what had previously been a pet supplies shop among other things, reopened as a pharmacy. I was even more surprised to find that instead of the normal shop keeping hours of others, they were open from 7am to 10pm. I felt that sort of service deserved support and have never used any of their competitors since. They are a lot busier these days but service is faultless and they are proactively helpful. Brilliant.”

The pharmacist at Wise pharmacy was absolutely amazing. He worked so hard to organise an emergency prescription to me (within 24 hours!!) “The staff in this chemist are incredible, whoever answers the phone or greets you when you walk in doesn’t matter, they genuinely care for you and what you need. Being Type 1 diabetic and on my way to a third reoccurring brain tumour surgery, these guys “just get it” and understand the basic principle that I NEED certain medication. Maybe Fir Road pharmacy staff could train the staff at Springfield surgery so they could learn some phone manners and how to be happier and more helpful in general…”
