"I want to say thankyou to all the staff at heaton moor branch On Tuesday I had an emergency and needed antibiotics urgently the doctor sent the prescription through to them and I phoned and they found it right away and as I had no one to pick it up they delivered it straight away I cant thank them enough So to the manager and staff a big thankyou diane Neylan"

"The ladies are always helpful, they actively listen too. Their male colleagues are often inclined not to be attentive and are slow to serve at all and are barely polite. Whilst waiting on Saturday morning behind seven other Pharmacy customers, had the opportunity to observe how scruffy the shop is whist snaking round the store, additionally, how badly merchandised it was, not to mention 2 out of date products within a metre of each other! The store's only convenience, is getting there easily and parking spaces."

"Female staff lovely. Male pharmacist walking bandy due to him straddling a fence! Try Boots in Burnage or Stockport instead. Went to Wells and got what the Boots pharmacist wouldn't prescribe.The medicine I wanted was on Boots website in different forms but Pharmacist said I couldn't buy over the counter? No it wasnt a controlled drug either. So not helpful but smiled with his rejection."
