The other guy who's gave the other bad review brought in his kit that he'd dropped and broken himself and wanted an exchange, was his own fault and that's why his kit wasn't replaced. Bare in mind he'd already exchanged his first kit which we gave him as a good will gesture. The guy who gave the other bad review has never been in the shop as he lives in London, he works for another vape shop so he's gave 2 stars to discredit the shop.”
