"The checkout assistant named CAROL has a bad attitude. I was in complete shock when I asked for something which resulted in her shaking her head and giving me attitude. I only asked for a carrier bag as I was walking and would have been unable to carry all my shopping..... All the other staff seem friendly but this woman really needs to sort her attitude out. It's really put me off returning!"

"This is a fairly typical Sainsbury's local store. Pretty small but had what was wanted... Which was a lunch. The carpark is a little small but didn't seem to be an issue. The staff were helpful and quick to serve, they also open up another till when it was needed. Would be happy to return if back in the area. Too small to hold enough stock to get a 5*"
