“This nursery, which both my children have gone to, is just such an amazing and special place. When looking around for nurseries you encounter numerous nurseries which you feel are run like big institutions, the staff are uniformed, and their daily interactions with the children are driven and measured by endless tick boxing activities and typically the staff turnover is very high. Early Steps is the polar opposite to this. It is a place where all the staff form genuine relationships and bonds with the children and are heavily invested and take tremendous pride in their individual development. The staff have worked together for years, the core staff dating back to the 90’s (while working in the nurseries predecessor Early Years), and are all driven by a common strong philosophy of pedagogical and warm genuine communication and interaction with the children. When you leave your children at the nursery you feel almost as if they are with warm and caring extended family. Also, the endless creative learning activities the staff think of doing with the children are just amazing. “My girl has been in Bubbly Bear for a while now and we are very happy. The premises are always clean and tidy. Love to see the activities updates they share of the children through their app. Might not have the most modern facilities but it surely has an amazing team. Very caring and loving. Surely recommend.”

“Fisherfields really is a top class nursery and we couldn’t have chosen a better place for our son. It’s so easy to see that they love him and he loves them, whether it’s Megan, Elisha or Shammy in his room, or the rest of the lovely staff. My son has developed so much since being there and we can tell how much he enjoys it too. We have always been thrilled with the level of care and commitment to our daugter on a daily basis. At eight years old she still talks about the Aunties and wonderful memories she has. Hazelwood Nursery offers a home from home for our child. We always felt happy and resssured leaving her in the wonderful care of the dedicated staff team. I cannot praise Cheryl and her lovely team enough for everything they do for the children at their nursery. They are so warm, welcoming and attentive and make all the children feel so welcome, they are like an extended family. The love they show for each and every child melts my heart. “Great nursery! Our daughter has attended for almost 3 years in the summer. She has thrived and thrived, and she is SO ready for reception in September & thanks to Macc Day Nursery I feel she’ll be ready for this. Great nursery, great activities, whether it’s forest school or stretch & grow they’re always doing something different, trips out into town.
