“I don’t usually have any problems picking up the items I ordered online at this store and I come here regularly. However, yesterday I picked it quite a large order and there had been I mix up in the warehouse so I was a few items short. I must say the delivery team both at the desk and the lads searching the warehouse worked tirelessly to find my missing items. They were able to locate all but one item which they immediately replaced by next day home delivery. They also again without any prompting from me have me a 10% discount voucher for my next order due to me being inconvenienced for time. I think it’s easy to right a positive review when everything runs smoothly so would definitely recommend this store to anybody ordering online because they get it right 99% of the time but are incredible when something goes wrong. Well done guys you should be proud of your team especially the lad who got it all sorted for me.”

“Salsa de Cuba! Fantastico! The ONLY authentic, Havana university trained dance teachers in Manchester. I have done all of their dance courses except one in the last 5 years. Juan & Susan have also given me the amazing opportunity to participate in many dance performances of which I am eternally honoured to have done. I also went on one of their Cuba holidays which was one of the best experiences ever! Not many dancers can say that they’ve even danced with their dance teachers beautiful family in their kitchen, in the heart of Havana with a live band.....you’ll never experience that on any other Cuba package holiday! “I went to umezushi for my birthday meal with my closest friends. It definitely lived up to all of my expectations! Such a small & cosy place with truly phenomenal food, both in variety and in quality. We feasted on miso, handrolls, sashimi, sushi and desert... and I was blown away with every aspect. The staff were warm and knowledgeable which always helps. Definitely one to try for any sushi aficionados!”

“Overwhelmingly positive experience. Got recommended a rare wine from Uruguay that was the best wine I’ve tried. The meat variety and quality is ridiculously good, the waiters keep coming to offer new cuts of meat with a span of minutes until you stop them, and trust me you will. I was there for 2 and a half hours and ate all I could, nobody rushed me and the service is 10/10. I would highly recommend this place either for a date, going out with friends or family. It’s great for any case. I’ll have to fast for a day after this, but worth it!”

It's different from all other restaurants I have been to (in the best way possible), and I found it quite refreshing and exciting to try dishes that aren't so common and easily found elsewhere. “Only my second visit which seems daft as this is a cracking pub and a mecca for real ale drinkers. It is only a few minutes walk over the Irwell into Salford. The beer selection did not disappoint. I had a lovely pint of Wigan Brewhouse Soul Train. Really friendly pub on a lovely little square.”

“Enjoying the laser treatment especially with Adriana! She is always so careful and gentle during my treatments. She definitely keeps up with my progress as well. I love going in for a laser session and knowing that my skin is being taken care of with such a skilled laser specialist. 11/10!”

“We decided to take a chance & come here for a bite to eat before we were going to the Theatre. We were tempted in by their 50% off food during January. Best decision of the night, we will definitely be going back here. It is a big place and when we got there at 5pm, there were plenty of tables. 2 hours later, it was busy. All the staff are amazing, especially Thomas & Monica. We had the ribs, Beef brisket sandwich and the Big burger. I also had one of the cocktails too. The service is fantastic, friendly & quick. The food and drink was delicious. As we were celebrating a special occasion, Thomas, Monica and the others made sure that it was extra special and a night to remember. I was bowled over by their kindness. It is a place were I will definitely go for food when I'm in town again. I have a feeling that it is also going to be a favourite for my 22 year old son, girlfriend & friends to go for drinks too as it is especially appealing to their age group too.”

“Sapporo Teppanyaki is a great place to dine. The food is delicious and a wide variety of items is available. From beef to lamb to fish to veggie options. They confirmed that the chicken and lamb is halal. The taste of their items is also very good. Sushi tastes great as well and so does their dessert. Booking is highly recommended if you want a place at one of the live cooking stations.”

“Loved our experience at Gaucho. Some items were not photographed as it was all gobbled up too quickly! Place is lovely and the service excellent. Honestly, customer service is top notch; our waiter was very helpful, welcoming and friendly. We had the fillet and another type of steak recommended by staff. We got a side of truffle mac & cheese, chips, and rocket salad which were all very delicious. The cheesecake dessert was the best we ever tried & the brownie was average to be honest. Theres a lovely selection of drinks that is inclusive of those who do not prefer alcohol as well. It was a fantastic experience & we will definitely be coming again.”

Bar staff were great and really helpful in taking the time to suggest the best ingredients for cocktails to meet our specific tastes. Connor and his colleague (I didn't get her name. Apologies) were really attentive and explained well what worked best for our favourite drinks and left us with great recommendations. Well worth a visit.”

“We stayed at City Suites and never normally use the hotel restaurant…I am so glad we did this time! Really lovely food with exceptional service from Veronica. All of the staff were very pleasant and the food was faultless. The staff even bought out a birthday cocktail for my birthday which was a really lovely and personal touch.
