“Absolutely brilliant service! We were a little nervous after having some bad experiences with a previous groomer, but Judy took great care of Oliver for us. It’s a lovely set up she’s got and not a cage in sight! It’s a friendly chilled out atmosphere, and Judy was fab with Ollie and put him at ease. He looked really comfortable when we left and was definitely looking happy when we arrived back. Judy has done a fabulous job and our boy is certainly very pleased with his new look! “Taken our rescue cat there in January this year for treatment as he had lots of knots which we could not get out by combing , when we collected him later in the day he had no knots and his nails had been clipped, we thought they would have had trouble with him as he was very timid and didn't like to be touched or handled, he came back smelling lovely and looked brilliant (apart from a few bald patches)where they cut out the heavy matted fur, top marks for Pretty Paws , well recommended . will be taking him back in May, lovely caring staff.”

“I booked last week after seeing an offer on Facebook from them. Today I had the Swedish Back, neck and shoulder massage. The room was dark, with petty lights, nice and warm and very relaxing. Rachel was really nice and did a great job, found knots I didn't know I had. Definitely be back again soon. They have offers on there site and Facebook and after 10 visits you get 10% off. It's now open on Mondays.”
