It does seem as though the staff are more interested finishing their conversation than serving customers. Also the collection of pots and cups seems be solely down to what they can see from a eye and is not consistently walked around and wiped down. As a former worker, some well needed customer service courses are needed ❤️”

● Open“Excellent quality food and excellent service. This was our third stay at Premier Inn hearld Green Manchester. The beefeater restaurant has an great choice of dishes on the menu,we had the meal deal which includes two courses plus a alcoholic drink plus unlimited breakfast. The quality of food is excellent and staff are excellent hard working and polite. Thank you to all the staff but a special mention to Nicole you have such a lovely friendly personality and always smiling and hard working. Look forward to seeing you again in March.”

They also have a super in-store deli/cafe that sells breakfast subs and wraps, burgers, etc and in the evenings (different people) sell some very tasty kebabs. All fantastic!”
