Elite have delivered as per specification and were extremely helpful in the design to accommodate all our wishes. Sure there might be a queue occasionally but if you're using the discount codes you're pretty much getting your parts at trade price. I just did a warranty exchange on a 2 year old Bosch battery and they swapped it out with no hassle at all.
