"Quite a large store, plenty of products to chose from. Had a wander round today, found staff to be happy to help people, materials seem to be similarly priced to other diy stores. Dont tend to use these type of stores for materials, but conveniently located when you need materials and you don't want to waste much time travelling."

"Despite checking on line before gong they didn't have the grout I wanted. Nor the taps. Did have black grab rails, n matching bathroom accessories like toilet roll holders. Spent my money on plastic woven outside rugs for my newly built pallet chaise longue instead. The free offcut box as you leave is brilliant, and I got a large peice of offcut boarding for the pallet chaise longue."

"Bought kitchen from b and q, all arrived 6 weeks later. Installed by my own carpenter. After most units were fitted we found out 2 panels near extractor fan were missing, phoned customer service they told me we should not have started installation. Paperwork said all parts delivered?. Now been told its another 6 weeks for these panels to arrive."
