We tested everyone for a good 2 hours but she patiently waited and helped us to get the right sofa for us. Couldn't have asked for better.”

“I just purchase a Halo5C which I am very happy with. The delivery was very quick and the driver unpacked for me and positioned in place. The quality of the furniture is excellent. Really looking forward to entertaining this summer. I went to the Manchester showroom to view before I purchased which I think is a good idea to try out all the different ranges.”

“Not a family friendly store. I visited the store with my children who were just sitting on a sofa while I and my wife were trying to find a suitable 3 and 2 seater sofas. A member of staff came to me saying we have a CCTV camera so make sure children do not touch any show pieces as they are over 1k. Given the fact that the store didn’t display a sign that children must be supervised. In fact my children were just sitting on a sofa because I told them that we are looking to purchase a sofa. I found this absolutely rude, insulting and unprofessional. Avoid at all cost.”

Lady working their Emma provided the best customer services, she was very welcoming and courteous. Even we went so late just before closing to place order but she really didn't get annoyed at all very calm and helpful. Thanks Emma for helping us out”
