I was well and truly pampered and relaxed, which I find difficult to do. I have visited the salon post lockdown and have been very impressed with the procedures they have put in place to make their clients feel safe. Highly recommended!”

“Great local find. Very reasonably priced and excellent quality. I’m quite heavy with my hands, and type a lot, but these nails rarely lift. Can get a backfill every 3 weeks rather than 2 weeks. Also use NSI acrylics, not unbranded products. Attention to hygiene is impeccable, with screens and sanitisation being priority. Feel safe there. Friendly owners.”

“Called in while staying in the hotel around the corner. The store was neat, tidy, and clean. I restarted the starbucks app 3 times, and each tim, it gave me a new value (come on starbuck, uk, sort this pitiful app). However, the members of staff were patient while I tried to add funds to it. It was also explained that I could still use the app without preloading.. first member of staff to explain this. Thank y, u Holly, Jadeyn, and Dan for the help and great coffee. “Went to purchase some toys for my sons birthday today. One was a twin pack of monster trucks. I asked the lady if we could choose particular ones. Usually you just get what you get but she was amazing and went to check if they had the one we wanted. They didn't so she then rang Elk Mill to see if they had the one we wanted and offered all help she could to find the particular ones. Unfortunately she couldn't find them but was so lovely and let us choose between what they had in. Usually nobody would do this so i was so grateful to her. Her name was Amanda and i think she deserves alot of credit. Thank you so much Amanda. There should be more workers like Amanda!”
