"Sadly, the only access is via the indoor precinct where security staff steadfastly deny admittance to anyone with a bicycle, so if that is your only means of transport, I suggest shopping elsewhere."

"I went to Tesco today for some groceries shopping. On the bread section I kindly asked a young customer assistant lady that was exactly on that section working on the bread shelves, if she could find a colleague that could slice a bread for me. Her rude reply: “ I don’t know anyone, go there and see if you find one! “ Aren’t the customers assistants supposed to help customers?!? Very, very unprofessional and rude!"

"The store is fine itself, but the escalators are out of order more than they are working. There's engineers do work on them then next week the escalators are broken again. The Glass lift is small and there's regular queues there when the escalators are not working."
