Wythenshawe Hospital -Physiotherapy & Occupational Therapy
“June 2019. Thankyou so much Tom Grimson, wonderful support and care.”
Wythenshawe Hospital
“I attended the hospital on Saturday 4th March, to undergo an operation. From walking in the entrance to being discharged same day I have nothing but praise for everyone I came into contact with, from start to end. Their friendliness and professionalism put me at ease, the op was a great success, and I was offered coffee, biscuits, toast and juice on several occasions. This is a GOOD hospital with fantastic, caring and hardworking staff. Thank you Wythenshawe Hospital!”
Beacon Medical Services Group
“Having had 2 pair of hearing aids in the past, I decided I did not want to pay £3000+ again and asked my gp to go NHS. My referral gave me two choices , I chose Beacon medical group. I was assessed within 2 weeks and fitted with new hearing aids a week later. As I said despite paying privately in the past I almost always had a level of irritation which never really went away and that was the biggest disincentive to wearing hearing aids ! The NHS audiologist was quite thorough and although only time will tell , my hearing aids were comfortable right from the start ! I would recommend the Beacon med. services and my audiologist to anyone .”
Park Medical Centre
“Shocking. I have previously left a good review because of Dr Hannan who is a brilliant doctor and this review has nothing to do with them. I went to my doctor 7 months ago about symptoms I have been experiencing which I have been worried about. I can’t remember exactly how long I waited for that appointment but I think it was about 6 weeks, I had a blood test and got results quickly. I had to have another blood test 3 months after. When I rang to book it the waiting time was 6 weeks. I’ve had to wait over 2 weeks for the results after the blood test and that’s because I had to contact them. Every time I phone I get told to phone back tomorrow. I have tried 5 or 6 times now. No one picks up on the line to call through to get results so I have to pick the appointments option and getting through is terrible. I’ve been with this surgery all my life but I am now going to change.”
South Wythenshawe Hospital Limb Centre
Pneu Therapia
“I was referred to Jo by a friend who said she was the best physical therapist she had used. Jo is committed to resolving the root cause not just treating the symptoms which was my experience of other therapists in the past. She has used a variety of techniques on me depending on the problem and where I am up to in my recovery. Always happy to share practical advice and explain in layman’s terms what’s happening and how I can help myself going forwards, Jo has massively improved my heath and well-being. Highly recommended!”
Derma Institute
“I have been to Dermainstitute for fillers and Botox four times now and have been really happy with the service and results. Everyone is very friendly, professional and runs through everything thoroughly and answers any questions. I would 100% recommend his services and go back for more treatment. Thank you”
The Nightingale Centre
“No pre-booked appointments, no long waiting, no need to attend multiple times to get a diagnose. All in one place, all done in a couple of hours - consultant's examination, mammography and ultrasound scan. All staff highly competent, professional, polite and friendly. The very best experience. Many thanks.”
Medicines Evaluation Unit - Clinical Research Manchester
“Its like going home when i come and do a clinical trial here. Everybody is like family, so friendly, warming and welcoming. They are very professional in what they do. I would recommend them to anyone who wanted to take part in clinical trials. 5 out of 5”
Acorn Veterinary Surgery
“Ive used Acorn for over 10 years. Our rescue dog went in to get spayed, she made a great recovery, her scar is absolutely minimal, healed so well. Simon and Becky are wonderful with animals”
Crown Clinic
“Just completed my second surgery yesterday after a successful first visit last year. Both times I couldn't fault Dr Shahmalak and his technicians for their expertise and ability to make me feel at ease throughout. I felt in safe hands at all times and would highly recommend the Crown Clinic to anyone thinking about hair treatment.”

Across the road from St Martin Wythenshawe Church, and within walking distance Martinscroft Tram. There is a small car park at rear, but plenty of on street alternate parking.”

Tregenna Group Practice
“Joined this gp at the beginning of the pandemic with my son and New born daughter. They have given us the upmost best care possible. They always go above and beyond, deal with matters promptly and I have never struggled to get help immediately. Given the strain on gp practices currently this hasn't dimmed the level of care this practice gives. I was with my previous gp practice for 26 years and I never received close to the level of care i have here. A massive thank you to all staff”
Bupa Health Centre Manchester South
“I had my examination , very pleased with the way it went I had all of my results ,explained to me in a easy way to understand was made to feel very comfortable all the time. I felt it is money well spent.”
LloydsPharmacy
“Decent but don't always have everything in just like boots and the rest but doesn't stink of perfume so top marks for that”
Cornishway Group Practice
“I am relatively new to this practice, but they were very supportive and helpful at my time of serious need. All the staff have been great, I have learned a lot, since what has happened to me, that there are people who are much worse off than ourselves, even if we are having a very difficult time. You may not realise what is going on in the background, or how they are looking after people in a dignified respectful way. Nothing is perfect, but in my experience, the staff and doctors, have done everything to sort things out for me. I may not be finished with their help and support yet, but I truly thankful.”
