“Let's be honest - this is a Pharmacy not a Clinic in any way shape or form. Consultations are thorough, conducted what appeared to also serve as a small stock room, though they are private. The pharmacist was very keen to give advice and very pleasant. My appointment was at short notice and they had the innoculations I required at a reasonable cost. All in all a good visit.”

I’ve always found Julia to be very professional and knowledgeable. With the exercises Julia has advised I do and the machine she has in the clinic this has improved my lower back and shoulder problems greatly.”

“Called in on a whim as had the afternoon spare but a mountain of work to catch up on. Nice big space with plenty of seating. Greeted with a happy smile and hello by a member of staff behind the counter. Was shown to the wide selection of sandwiches, panini, et al, and cold drinks. Chose the jerk chicken & cheddar which was phenomenal. Ordered a double espresso, the sandwich, and a juice which all came to much less than I was expecting. Was told by the member of staff to take a seat and they would bring it over, which was a nice touch. The double espresso was perfect. Perfect! After being let down over and over again by weak, tasteless, watery espressos by other coffee places in the area, this one blew me away. By far the best coffee in Stockport. Managed to sit in a relaxed environment and get all my work done with a chilled soundtrack in the background. Everything from soul to liquid drum & bass. Other services offered on site are tattoos, piercings, and a merch stall. Observed one member of staff dealing with customers coming in for piercings, and they were extremely friendly, professional, very reassuring to someone feeling a little nervous. Would give more than 5* if I could. Will definitely be back. And after looking at the artists work on social media, I’ll definitely be booking myself in for my next tattoo. Looking forward to next time.”

“My two cats just spent a week at the cats whiskers. They hadn't stayed in a cattery before so we were very anxious about it. The staff were really understanding and kind putting us at ease. The cattery is really warm and clean. All the cats in there all look really relaxed and happy. My two have come back happy and healthy, would definitely use again and recommend to anyone who is nervous about putting their cats in a cattery.”

“Visited Natalie, the hygiene therapist twice now. She measured my gum pocket sizes and compared them with the previous measurements to highlight areas which had improved. She showed me how to use the electric toothbrush more professionally and the gum areas I needed to concentrate on with my toothbrush and tepe brushes. Then she cleaned them. Fantastic service. Far superior to any hygienist visit I had experienced at three other dental practices. Before visiting Natalie, I saw Dr Khurrum who likewise gave excellent advice on how to look after my gums and how to use tepe brushes properly. A first rate dental experience at Holly House.”

“Treatment: Invisalign, top and bottom and whitening I work abroad a lot and wanted to get my teeth straightened for a long time, but could never commit to dentist visits. My wife was already a patient and had her teeth straightened at HMOC, and had nothing but praise they did a fantastic job with her treatment, so after seeing Invisalign, I decided to try and see if this was possible for me and if would it be possible with rotational work. The first visit, was amazing, the entire HMOC team made me feel welcome, Dr Bhatti, is such a professional and explained everything to me, I explained my working situation and he assured me it was possible and the entire process, there was no pressure to take the treatment or sales pitch, all the options were explained in detail and I could (without any pressure) decided if I wanted to proceed, wait or leave, from when my wife had her treatment and the appointment, I wanted to proceed. From the very beginning, HMOC gave me all the support I needed, I had a flight to catch for work, leaving for 4 weeks, Dr Bhatti made sure I get an appointment (within a day’s notice) to start the treatment before I flew, to have all the scans, photos, and explained that I needed a tooth removing as this would be a better alternative than trying to align the bottom teeth, as I would have had an odd number between the bottom and top. I left for Kazakhstan, and then the worst thing happened …… COVID started, I was evacuated back to the UK, my normal dentist was only doing emergency appointments, and I still had to get a tooth removed to proceed with my alignment treatments. I had a letter from Dr Bhatti from my normal dentist explaining that I needed the tooth removed and with this letter I managed to get an emergency appointment and have the tooth removed, my treatment could now proceed. My next problem, was from working 4 weeks on, 4 weeks off, due to COVID this would be 8 weeks on, 8 weeks off, so Dr Bhatti explained that I could use the Invisalign remove scanning device and app, which would monitor my treatment and keeping everything all on track and when to change the brace (as it is not like on the adverts for “other” braces, it needs professional monitoring, and not just ‘change weekly’) – I was away and was given support, advise and on all my treatment So I was going to Kazakhstan for 8 weeks, I had several packets of braces and the monitoring tool, but due to COVID, I was stuck in Kazakhstan for 8 months, I was running out of braces, and I thought I would have a problem and have to wear the last set of braced for 2 months before I would get back to the UK, but again HMOC supported me, they posted more braces (as no cost to myself) to a colleague who was flying to Kazakhstan, to bring more braces, HMOC even personally delivered braces to my home when I returned from Kazakhstan. Nothing was too much trouble, HMOC was always there when I needed support, had a question and would always find a solution when I needed them. HMOC always went above and beyond, I was fully supported, was able to get appointments a very short notice, and the treatment was fantastic, I am overwhelmed with my teeth, I went from somebody who never showed my teeth, to a different person now I was that happy with HMOC, my son has now started treatment at HMOC! I wish I could give more than 5 stars...”

You are numb and do no feel this treatment so if you are worried about pain, fear no more. I walked out of the Bali Room feeling absolutely amazing.
