“I have been having post operative physio with the NHS and not been very happy with the quality of service. Ok the NHS are pushes, rushed and bushed at the moment but that’s no excuse for lack of person centred care. On 6.1.22 I had my first treatment session with Vee at Worsley Physio. What a contrast! She was warm , personable and informative. She assessed me properly and showed me the subtleties of how I could improve some exercises and decrease the pain. She also gave me some additional exercises and lots of support and encouragement. I learned more in one session with Vee than my 4 sessions with NHS. I am going back for more treatment with Worsley Physio and I know she will help me get better. I need not have worried , of course. All my family including myself have been to Worsley Physio before. The staff are brilliant, the results are positive and the foundations creek with higher degrees and awards of the highly accomplished staff. Brilliant organisation that not only talk the talk, but walk the walk - symmetrically of course.”

“I can highly recommend. The staff are great. From reception to the dentist and support staff, they are all helpful, friendly and welcoming. I have just done a survey for them that asked if anyone had exceeded expectations during my visit. The problem is that it is almost impossible for them to do that because of how high they have set the bar for themselves. Walkden Dental are the complete opposite of my last dentist and they make a dental appointment a lot less fearsome. Keep up the good work.”

“I feel 5⭐️ is not enough for the team at Pennyblack/Meridian, all the staff are lovely and helpful. My wife, myself and two sons are all patients here and extremely happy. If you need an emergency appointment they always seem to fit you in often working late with a smile on their face. Dr Khan really helped out with my sons referral to the orthodontist which sped things up for him. I have recently needed treatment myself and have to say the level of service I received has been fantastic, 3 times fitting me in the same day. We can't recommend Meridian highly enough, it's 10⭐️ for us. Thank you.”

“Bought my persian cat Toby here today for the first time and honestly could not have asked for a better experience. Toby had a bad experience previously at a different groomers which left him quite traumatised and extremely reluctant to be groomed, the girls at Sammy's did such an amazing job and were so calming even though he was very agitated and snappy (Toby's sorry)! I'm so glad I've found Sammy's and have already booked him in for his next pamper session. Highly recommend this place; the shop is so clean and smells divine! The prices are amazing aswell! “We have been with White Cross Vets in Walkden years now, they were amazing when my cat got attacked the vet actually drove us in his own car to the animal hospital as she needed to be admitted. Unfortunately she passed away at the hospital and someone from White Cross rang me a couple of days later to say sorry and they sent us a card. I had a 15 year old dog called Benson which I adopted when he was 11, they were outstanding with him from the minute I got him. When I had to have him PTS they were so caring and patient because I was a mess, the vet lay on the floor with me and Benson as he didn’t like being up high, so the vet suggested laying on the floor with his blanket she made one of the hardest things I’ve ever done so calming and not scary for Benson. We now have 3 cats and a dog and each of them get amazing care from them. The only thing I don’t like is the Emergency out of hours vets they use, as I have had 1 phone call to them and all they were bothered about was talking about money, I was asking for advise over the phone and they refused to give any saying they can’t do that. I did raise this with white cross afterwards when they were back open. Thank you everyone at White Cross in Walkden”
