Accommodating us all and being very flexible with my daughter who is away at uni and studying abroad. They are efficient with updates and reminders and friendly when you meet them. “I’ve been waiting 6 months for an appointment and the day I had toothache is the day I had a call to come in! I went in on Wednesday & was called back in today to have a root canal treatment which was performed by Sid I believe his name was. I’ve never felt more at ease with a dentist, he was very friendly & we had a good conversation yet he remained very professional. He kept asking me throughout if I was ok, and I could tell he loved what he does as the tooth he has now created genuinely looks like a real tooth & that’s down to his skill. I will be back soon for the rest of my teeth to be fixed!! I’ll never go anywhere else now and I will forever recommend this place especially that particular dentist! I also met his colleague who was also extremely friendly and caring. Overall pleasant experience.”

She received excellent care. Her blood test results came back within the hour as they are tested in house and the lovely vet stayed on beyond her shift end to update me with results and treatment. “Everything was explained fully by vet Laura and I was not rushed in anyway. The receptionist was very pleasant and professional. “Greenbank were brilliant today. Can’t thank them enough. My lab got a stick stuck to the roof of her mouth. I couldn’t get it out. She was clearly in great distress. I took her straight to the vets. They saw and examined her immediately Had theatre ready if needed. Luckily they were able to remove under sedation and all is well. We unfortunately lost our 11 year old pug but the vet I think is called Simon (sorry if it's the wrong name but we were heartbroken) made the whole process from beginning to end so much easier. They have a special room set up where you can spend time with you fur baby after they have gone. Every step was explained and not once were we rushed or made to feel like we were rushed or just a number. We were able to leave by a side door to the carpark so that we didn't have to leave by reception where everyone could see your distress. We were treated with respect and dignity and made Buchanan's the only choice for us when we got our new puppy's, I'm happy in the knowledge that when we need them they will be the first people we go to fie their care.”
