“Starlight ultrasound is wonderful, Laura is lovely, the reception staff are helpful and the surroundings are very calming and clean. Nothing is too much problem, my questions were answered and my mind put at rest. Both scans were done in such detail and unhurried, we got plenty of time to see bab. I also did the gender scan, the results were sealed in an envelope for us to reveal later, the confetti cannon was a really nice touch! Cannot recommend enough.”

“For local residents: the pharmacy located at Shay Lane Medical Centre is now closed, and it appears to have relocated where Lloyds Pharmacy used to be on Hale Road, opposite Booths (it's the same staff, and you can still get your repeat prescriptions arranged through them). The opening times are unfortunately not as generous as the previous ones, when adjacent to the medical centre: I often thought that it never closed!”

“Been with this practice for over 30 years. Dr Patel spotted a rare condition in my father that potentially saved his life. He also took immediate action for my mum which gave her an extra 19 years. He supported mums mental health after losing my sister. He has supported me medically through two children and various minor ailments and mentally through a marriage breakdown and work related stress. He also supported me with paperwork and a medical for fostering. Receptionists are obviously busy but always polite and helpful. I've never had a problem getting an appointment especially for urgent matters.”
