The Gas Lamp

Sinclairs Oyster Bar
● Open2 Cathedral Gates, Salford M3 1SW, United Kingdom“Pleasantly surprised to find this was a Samuel Smith's pub, so very cheap. Beer was very well kept. A very interesting building architecturally too - not your average pub. I did like their "Digital Detox" stance, which meant people were having actual conversations and not just sat looking at their phone!!”

The Sawyer's Arms
● Open“Great pub, I traveled from America, had a long train ride to my hotel and the Sawyer’s Arms was my first stop in England. What an experience: it’s a beautiful old school pub in the middle of Deansgate, with very reasonable prices, good food and pint selection and the staff was very courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. I ended up returning several times during my stay and I look forward to doing the same when I return to Manchester.”
